We accept multiple insurances: Aetna, Amerigroup, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Delta Dental, DentaQuest, Guardian, HealthSprings, Humana, MetLife, Sunlife, TennCare, United Concordia, and United Healthcare. Additional plans also accepted. We also offer Care Credit. Our office accepts all major credit cards (American Express, Discove, MasterCard, & Visa).
